Reading and key stage one tutor
Description
I am a qualified primary school teacher with a specialist Reading Recovery teaching qualification. I work part time in school teaching one to one reading and writing to year one and two age children and from home in Stony Stratford in the afternoon and early tevening providing private tutoring in reading and writing to key stage one age children, and early key stage two who are behind and struggling with reading and writing. My rate is £15 for 30 minutes, £22.50 for 45 minutes and £30 for an hour. I have an advanced DBS certificate and a dedicated teaching room in my home with space for parents to sit. I am happy to give advice to parents about how to help their children to read at home in between sessions to make the most of it and to help make the best progress.
