We have a part time vacancy available for an administrator. Experience in the pub & restaurant business an advantage.

Approximately 15-20 hours per week, flexible working hours to be mutually agreed.

Immediate start available.

Rate of pay dependent on experience.



Main duties to include:

co-ordinating and placing stock orders

maintaining current price lists

price negotiations with suppliers

cross-checking invoices against pricing lists

co-ordinating all maintenance/repairs within the businesses



The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the follow skills and qualities:



• Previous administration experience is essential

• Strong organisational skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• IT literate in Microsoft Office packages especially in excel

• Ability to plan own work and work on own initiative

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Flexible, adaptable and ability to embrace change when required
