Think Logistics and Solution Ltd - Plant Movement, Mechanical Electrical Enabling Specialist Company, requires a full time Team Administrator to assist in the day to day running of this fast growing company:



Daily Duties & Responsibilities:



Reception Duties ( I.E. Answering Telephone, Distribution of Post, Answering Door)

Ordering Stationery & Office Supplies

Photocopying / Filing / Scanning / Faxing

Arranging & Booking / Taxi / Couriers / Congestion Charges

Diarising Expiring Insurances / Accreditations / Health & Safety Memberships

Support To Project & Contract Personnel

Ensuring Antivirus Software & Server Backups are Current

Arranging Printing Of Company Letterheads / Business Cards

Management Of Company Vehicle Documentation

Maintenance Of Company Registration Documents

Updating Company Website

General Ad-Hoc Duties

Skills & Experience



Previous administration experience essential.

Flexibility to adapt with changing business requirements.

Strong knowledge of MS Office/Outlook

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work in small office environment

Ability to drive own car.

Hours :



Mon – Fri 08:00 - 17:00.

Holiday Entitlement



28 days pro rata
