Efficiency Executive - Bristol

An Efficiency Executive is required to join our Business Improvement team in Bristol on a permanent basis.
WHAT THE EFFICIENCY EXECUTIVE JOB INVOLVES:
You will play a vital role in helping Unite Students deliver a more efficient way of working within all operational activities and enhancing service quality across the business. Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager this role will see you:
-Identify inconsistency of performance between properties/Cities
-Deliver a clear method for measuring end to end processes to save time
-Work with all departments to ensure our procedures are simple and straightforward
-Deliver improvements to the tools used by the City teams to drive efficiency
-Communicate all relevant process changes to all departments
-Create excitement and interest around core activities
-Benchmark our methods and practices within the industry
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
A genuine passion for customer service is the most important quality for us. Although you may not have worked in the property sector before, what is really important to us is that you:
-Have experience of writing key business process documentation
-Have excellent computer literacy including previous experience of Microsoft Office
-Have understanding of business improvement techniques and methodologies
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Willingness to undertake challenging tasks and ad hoc project work
